Ingredients:
- 16 ounces Chicken Breast
- 10 ounces (1 bag) Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Microwave the bag of vegetables on high for three minutes and let stand.
- Slice chicken into bite-size cubes.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add oil and chicken.
- Stir continuously until chicken is done, about two to three minutes.
- Add vegetables.
- Stir for about one minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in teriyaki sauce.
- Serve immediately.
