Chicken and Veggie Stir Fry 7 day approved

 


Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces Chicken Breast
  • 10 ounces (1 bag) Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions:

  1. Microwave the bag of vegetables on high for three minutes and let stand.
  2. Slice chicken into bite-size cubes.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add oil and chicken.
  5. Stir continuously until chicken is done, about two to three minutes.
  6. Add vegetables.
  7. Stir for about one minute.
  8. Remove from heat and stir in teriyaki sauce.
  9. Serve immediately.
