 Garlic Chicken & Sautéed Zucchini (7 day approved) 



Ingredients:

  • 4 Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Zucchini, Chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 4 Teaspoons Olive Oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F
  2. Place chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet
  3. Spread 3 teaspoons olive oil and half the garlic on the chicken
  4. Bake, uncovered until done (about 30 minutes)
  5. While chicken is baking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add remaining olive oil
  6. Add zucchini and the remaining garlic to pan and sauté until tender
  7. Toss with black pepper and serve with chicken
